Pagani spokesman Luca Venturi confirmed the company’s plans, and while he stopped short of spilling all the beans about the Huayra Roadster, all signs seem to point to the car receiving the same mechanical features as its coupe counterpart. Six years after production of the Pagani Huayra started, the Italian supercar is all set to say goodbye with a final production model. He learned about it after he posed as a customer and went to visit Pagani’s factory. There’s no other way to drive this Italian supercar than unleashing all that power on a race track. The new Huayra is called the Huayra Pearl, and it represents a combination of everything Pagani has learned over the years. Now nearly 20 years later, the Huayra is the darling of this small Italian automaker. We’ve posted our favorite wallpaper below, but there’s a whole gallery at the bottom of the page that you can sift through to find your favorite. The entire car is shaped like an elliptical wing, in fact, the flaps of the upper part of the car are designed to behave like little wings. The car itself even has a few strands of DNA from the Huayra BC and the Zonda R. Unfortunately, we don’t have a whole lot of specifics about the Huayra Pearl. Instead, the Italian manufacturer prepared a healthy power increase, made it lighter than the coupe, and gave it a revised chassis with bespoke settings. One of the Huayra’s is called the White Edition, joining the Carbon Edition at the Geneva floor. Just watch as the front crumple zone absorbs the impact while the passenger cell remains completely intact. The Pagani Huayra made its debut as the successor to the Zonda, though several special-edition Zondas showed up subsequently. Pagani has a rich history over its relatively short lifespan. But when it comes to producing extreme and hardcore limited edition models, the Italian supercar brand takes a back seat to absolutely no one. May 10, 2016, 09:00, by Justin Cupler, on It’s been less than a month since Pagani introduced the hardcore Huayra BC at the 2016 Geneva Auto Show, and the Italian supercar maker is already working on a new iteration of its AMG-powered machine. Now it’s time for road racing veteran Randy Pobst to tell everyone about the time when he got to try out a member of the supercar world’s upper echelons with all the others also in attendance. Known as a passionate car collector, Singh joined the exclusive club of Pagani Huayra supercar owners by taking delivery of his unique, La Monza Lisa edition. It’s still hard to overstate what Horacio Pagani and the company that carries his name have accomplished since unveiling the original Zonda in 1999. The video is an incredibly fun and educational watch, especially since it’s filmed inside Pagani’s headquarters and assembly room in San Cesario sul Panaro, Italy, just outside Modena. Let us know in the comments! Unfortunately, the announcement only came in the form of a teaser, and while the image is pretty artsy, the vehicle is still wearing its strange QC-code-pattern camouflage. Dubbed the L’Ultimo edition, the Pagani is currently on display at Prestige Imports in Miami, Florida, and exotics fan/YouTube personality Mario Vergel decided to check it out for himself. A one-off project with unique options fitted for the first time on a Huayra, the Project Vulcan also has an interesting story behind it. Javascript must be enabled for the correct page display. Unveiled in early 2017, five years after Pagani debuted the coupe model, the Huayra Roadster is arguably one of the most spectacular supercar you can see on the road today. The Pagani Huayrabelongs in the latter category. The news comes straight from Pagani itself, which just released a 30-second video teaser through its official YouTube channel. That’s hardly a surprising turn of events because it’s the same color Pagani used on the press shots of the supercar. In between, Pagani released a number of special edition models like the Huayra White Edition, Huayra Carbon Edition, and the Huayra Project Vulcan, among others. Ok, that’s not the most fashionable way to intro the third and final part of the Hyper 5 video series, but it’s the best I can do given the excitement surrounding the dramatic conclusion to this epic hypercard throwdown. The Pagani Huayra Roadster is one hell of a car, and what makes it all the more special is that it is limited to just 100 units worldwide.

Turns out, Pagani’s not done with either of these two models. Then there’s the roof scoop, which is a novelty for the Huayra and an element Pagani previously offered on track-only supercars such as the Zonda R. That’s not to say Horacio is necessarily working on a race-ready Huayra, but whatever this is, it should sit atop the Huayra BC in terms of power and aerodynamics. Other than that, the interior appears to be pretty much standard Pagani Huayra fare, which is to say that it looks like an amazing place to be. Add that to the fact that this is one of the fastest machines on the planet and it makes the car that much more drool-worthy. Naturally, we wanna know – which is these shocking mashups stands out the most to you? Pagani has been known to create some pretty wild vehicles. That V-12 under the hood is good for 739 horsepower and 738 pound-feet of torque (the roadster has 753 ponies) while 60 mph comes in as fast as 2.8 seconds. Its top speed is an outrageous 230 mph. It’s named after the famous Italian race track that has hosted countless Formula One races in its own long and storied history. A Pagani test driver recently gave his young son an experience he probably will never forget. Called Huayra SE for short, the new variant will be a more track-biased take on the Huayra, and only 20 examples will be built. Mercedes was doing the same just a few weeks ago with its EQC, and just about any manufacturer you can think of has a mid- to long-term plan for at least hybrid, if not electric. As for who came out on top, well, I’ll leave that for you to watch. As weird as it may sound, you can buy a Huayra Roadster through a car lease program with only $25,339 per month. It is worth mentioning that the Huayra was originally slated for a 100-unit run, while production capacity is limited to 45 units per year. One could argue that the Pagani Huayra was one of the best supercars of the 2010s, but that argument only holds water up to 2017 when Pagani unleashed the Huayra BC. There’s also a choice of four different wheels and three interior trims, all of which you can mix and match to create the Huayra Roadster of your dreams. Pagani is a young automaker that has only been around for 24 years.

The Huayra Roadster is slated to debut in 2016 and will be built at a new, larger factory, not even 200 meters away from Pagani’s current facility near Modena, Italy. Now that Pagani has sold its allotment of 100 Huayra supercars (although Mr. Pagani might build you one more if you ask nicely and have plenty of cash), the company has begun work on its next model. The Huayra Roadster is based on the Huayra coupe and includes one huge improvement - unlimited headroom. Naturally, we’re all losing our minds because of what that could mean. But fear not, the Huayara is soon to receive the love it deserves from Pagani in the form of a Nurburgring Edition. But it’s the Huayra’s development that we’re looking back at with this crash test video. So the company sought Car Wrapping Milano to give the Huayra Prototype 3 a bright lime green wrap to go with the original matte black accents around the rear bumper and diffuser area. The Italian ace had no trouble in spilling the beans about the Huayra’s production plans, and, apparently, they include a limited-edition, track-focused version set to carry the Nurburgring Edition moniker. The full-frontal crash test shows the strength of the Huayra’s structure. Officially debuted in 2011, the Huayra made a splash in its exclusive segment, putting fellow Italian automakers Ferrari and Lamborghini on notice. And how could you not be impressed with its top speed of 220mph covering 0-62mph in only 3.3 seconds? Just a word of caution for anyone who isn’t a fan. **Note: the current Huayra is pictured here, not the Nurburgring Edition. Reports of a roadster version started circulating shortly after the coupe debuted, with initial reports claiming a release was planned for 2016.

Earlier this month, our favorite automotive jealousy-maker posted his brief run behind the wheel of one of Italy’s finest, the Pagani Huayra. This particular model, which was captured by Marchettino, is actually labeled as Prototype 3, the same vehicle the Italian company used in the development of its electrical components. But, now that you know its origins and purpose, let’s take a closer look at it. But whereas it used to don a more subdued matte-black finish with gold wheels, Pagani decided to make it look a lot more, shall we say, "electric.". The drama is building up already. Pagani has always been a one-car-at-a-time producer, but a new report says that the revered automaker will actually turnout two cars alongside one another. However, because only 100 were built, spotting one outside supercar meetings is as difficult as it gets. Look at how the Huayra’s interior proudly shouts the meeting of the minds between technology and luxury.
