Don't try to cram in all of the rules, because honestly the graders are looking for people that can make a well layed-out and easy to follow essay more than they are looking for savants that can regurgitate every black letter law.
I'll be working and will only have 3 months after release. A few notes about MEE graders. Constitutional Law was last tested in July 2018. I just had to make shit up. As we mentioned in our post yesterday on missing an MEE question, you do not need an A to pass the bar exam. i didn't finish mpt, feel v mixed on mee and honestly was between two answer choices for 75% of the mbe questions. I would spend a good deal of time just looking at model answers and practice emulating the format more than cramming the law. Thus, we think it is very likely to appear on the February 2020 UBE. Constitutional Law Update: not tested. anyone else struggling with extreme pangs of anxiety thinking about the day the scores are released?
Post I didn't know at least 40% of the essay questions. Now there's a charge.
Doesn't seem like enough time with part-time study. Issue spot, outline and argue both sides, and if the rules come easy than great, but don't beat yourself up for not remembering some archaic language. Just make sure the timer/watch complies with your state’s bar exam guidelines for acceptable items in the exam room – some jurisdictions do not allow watches or timers, but will have a clock clearly visible in the exam room that you should take advantage of.
