I was annoyed that I missed that question because I knew the right answer, but I didn't think Barbri updated the old questions to reflect current law. I was debating when I was answering the question if I should base it on old law when it was written or current law, and guessed wrong to go with the old law. I was under the impression that Barbri gives you this last set of 100 “as a treat” but apparently the consensus is otherwise.
