Köstritzer Schwarzbier is a famous brand.

If you’ve ever had the dark lager at U Fleků brewery in Prague, this is the Franconian version of it. Considered a working class type of beer, originating in Munich and Dortmund, and usually consumed in steins or large glasses, in beer halls or intimate pubs. It’s so refreshing.
